Trinity began working with children at the age of 16, and from that moment, she knew that she wanted to pursue a career where she could help them learn and grow. In 2020, during the Covid pandemic, Trinity moved to Colorado Springs, where she was introduced to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Trinity had the incredible opportunity to learn about and implement evidence-based interventions with children and adults aged 2 to 21. From the very first moment she was involved in ABA, she felt an immediate connection and knew she had found her calling.
The impact this field has had on both children and families continues to inspire her. Whether it’s watching a child learn to speak at the age of four or seeing a family enjoy a vacation together for the first time in ten years, these moments are what drive Trinity’s passion. Every day, she is privileged to teach children and their families valuable skills and techniques that will positively affect their lives for years to come.
Our ABA clinic provides a structured and nurturing environment for children to develop essential developmental and age-appropriate skills. Through a combination of play–based and adult–directed activities, children learn communication, daily living, pre-academic, and social readiness. Our experienced team facilitates these sessions, helping your child build independence and confidence in a setting that mirrors real-world scenarios. Clinic–based service models include regular parent and caregiver training to maximize learning opportunities outside of structured ABA Therapy sessions.
Social group services focus on developing interpersonal skills through structured and safe peer interactions. In these sessions, children engage in activities that help to encourage cooperation, communication, and relationship-building. Team members guide structured activities to help children practice and refine their social abilities in a supportive and controlled environment. When appropriate, social skills service delivery models include regular parent and caregiver training to maximize learning opportunities outside of structured ABA Therapy sessions.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a research-based approach to understanding and improving behavior, particularly for individuals with autism and other developmental challenges. By applying principles of behavior, ABA focuses on teaching skills that encourage positive development while reducing behaviors that may hinder learning or social interactions.
Recognized as one of the most effective treatments for autism, especially when introduced early, ABA is tailored to the unique needs of each individual. The goal is to help individuals build essential skills and achieve their highest potential. For children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ABA supports the development of social, learning, and daily living skills by fostering appropriate behaviors and enhancing their ability to navigate the world around them. Decades of research confirm that ABA therapy is a highly effective intervention for addressing ASD-related challenges in children.
To achieve these goals, ABA therapy uses positive reinforcement, teaches behavior-consequence relationships, and encourages positive change.
The ABCs of ABA are key components of our approach:
By helping children grasp these concepts, we can empower them to navigate their environments more effectively.
We start by creating a customized treatment plan for each child, with specific behavioral change goals. Family involvement is crucial in developing these goals. Our planning considers each child’s unique needs, skills, interests, and preferences, focusing on:
Goals are broken into small, incremental steps, with regular progress assessments to adapt to each child’s strengths and weaknesses.
ABA sessions fall into two categories:
Discrete Trial Training (DTT): Similar to a school day, where a therapist works one-on-one with a child on specific tasks, providing positive reinforcement for achievements.
Natural Environment Training (NET): More play-based, helping children navigate everyday situations and ensuring skills translate effectively to real-life scenarios.
Throughout the process, we keep families involved and informed, celebrating progress and addressing challenges together. ABA isn’t just about teaching skills – it’s about opening up new possibilities for your child’s development and independence.
