Clinical Director
Jade Knight, LCSW
Jade is a therapist and therapeutic services coordinator in Southeastern Kentucky, with over fifteen years of experience. She graduated from Cumberland College with bachelors’ degrees in psychology and social work. Jade then attended the University of Kentucky and graduated with a master’s degree in Social Work.
Jade is a Clinical Social Worker, who is licensed to provide psychotherapy in Kentucky. She is a former winner of NASW KY’s Young Social Work Leader of the Year award. Jade can provide services in the following areas: individual, couples, family, parenting, and group therapy for a variety of mental illnesses. She is also a Certified Nurturing Parenting Facilitator.
Jade uses a number of therapeutic modalities including but not limited to: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Psycho-Educational Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Gottman Couples Therapy, and Family Systems Theory. A holistic, strengths-based, person-centered approach guides her work. As Jade says, “My life calling is to serve others.”

Bryah Campbell
Certified Social Worker
Bryah graduated from the University of Louisville Kent School with her BSW and then received her MSW from Campbellsville University.
Having gained experience in program and case management with individuals that have severe and persistent mental illnesses, Bryah has a strong appreciation for therapy and mental health services, as they teach vital skills in dealing with the conflicts that we encounter in our lives. Bryah believes that therapy and the connection between the therapist and client can provide support and guidance on how to manage and navigate life in the face of adversity of difficulty.
In her free time, Bryah can be found with her partner and their cat, Willow, or enjoying the outdoors and connecting with her community in the adult league team sports like kickball and bowling.
Erea Long
Clinical Social Worker
Erea has a strong passion for helping others through their mental health journey. She has found joy in her career of social work, that allows her to help others while teaching her to be even better at it herself. Erea believes that mental health is a huge part of being successful, happy, and making dreams become a reality.
Jennifer Flores
Targeted Case Manager
Jennifer obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and is in her last year of pursuing her Master’s in Education for Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College. Jennifer is passionate about helping others and teaching them valuable skills to be successful and independent. Her drive is to advocate for those experiencing mental health and social service complexities. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys hikes with her husband and traveling to new places.
Mumo Mutinda
Targeted Case Manager
Mumo has 17 years of experience working as a case manager, including working as a case manager at Dismas Charities, helping inmates transition safely back to their communities.
Mumo has worked with seven counties for the past 10 years as a TCM, working with SMI patients and clients with addictions and behavioral issues helping them with their diverse needs.
Sean Morgan
Certified Social Worker
Sean graduated from Indiana Tech University with a Bachelor’s in Human Services, and earned his Master’s in social work from Campbellsville.
He was inspired to become a social worker as their core values align with his own personal values, and has since gained over 3 years of social work experience, helping families with diverse needs and providing therapeutic services at Lifeline Youth & Family Services.
When Sean is not helping people, he and his wife enjoy volunteering at the animal shelter, and fostering dogs and currently have four of their own.
Sherman Sparrow
Therapist
Sherman graduated from Kentucky State University with a bachelor’s in psychology, and later received his master’s degree in counseling & human development from Lindsey Wilson College.
Sherman has over 8 years of experience in the field of therapy, and enjoys working with teenagers & young adults, particularly in the areas of mood disorders, anxiety & trauma. His main approach is the belief that we all have the tools within us to achieve our goals, but we sometimes need a guide to pull the best parts out of us.
Therapy is another step towards betterment. With positive work, Sherman may be the right therapist for you.
Tericka Bowers
Certified Community Support Associate
Tericka is a Certified Community Support Associate from Louisville, KY; She has worked with adults & children that suffer from mental illness and addiction, helping them enhance their daily life & social skills. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s in business management at Strayer University. Tericka’s main goal is to make a positive impact in the community while creating and providing programs for community members needing public assistance. She loves to help others reach their goals. Her overall objective is to empower individuals to achieve independence and self-sufficiency.
