Kristy Stidham is the Senior Director of Multi-Specialty Group Program Operations. She is a Social Worker who has over 10 years of experience working with children with severe emotional disorders across a variety of domains including residential treatment, school-based treatment, intensive outpatient, educational advocacy, and traditional outpatient mental health care services. Kristy has a passion for serving others through her work and community service opportunities. She is a proud Kentuckian, born and raised in rural Northern Kentucky. Kristy enjoys spending time with her family, writing, painting, and cheering for her Cincinnati sports teams.

Targeted Case Management assists certain Medicaid eligible recipients to gain access to needed medical, behavioral health, social, educational and other services. TCM eligible recipients are identified as being diagnosed with a Severe Mental Illness, Severe Emotional Disability, Substance Use Disorder, and/or a Chronic Complex Health Condition.
Our Community Support Associates team empowers individuals with disabilities to live independently through comprehensive support services. We assist with medication adherence, crisis coping skills, emotional regulation, and enhancing interpersonal abilities. Services include skills training, accessing community resources, and daily task assistance.
She has experience working with junior high to high school age clients and assisting them with navigating their unique experiences. Alongside her special interest in working with survivors of trauma and PTSD, Kayla has a passion in exploring the mind-body connection and how individual’s past traumas, experiences, thoughts and feelings appear in the language that their physical bodies speak.

Kaitlyn graduated from Western Kentucky University with her MSW, where she also spent time providing behavior support services to individuals under the SCL waiver. She is a certified SIPS assessor for early identification of Psychosis and Psychosis-Risk Syndromes, and has spent time working with those providing early intervention services for Psychosis
Kaitlyn has training in cognitive behavioral therapy, and enjoys working with individuals of all ages, collaborating with each client to identify goals that are meaningful. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, developmental and behavioral disorders, and prioritizes a holistic approach that is mindful of everyone’s circumstances and strengths.
Megan Vice has nearly five year’s experience in case management services working specifically with at risk and troubled youth in our community and surrounding communities. She has a true passion and love for working with others. Megan aspires to help as many people as humanly possible and tries to make a true difference in everything that she does. Her life motto is, “everything happens for a reason”, because every door that closes a window opens where a vast array of opportunities presents itself. Megan’s other passion in life is laughter and to see others smile. A little about herself is she enjoys reading, binge watching tv, playing pool and hanging out with family and friends. She has three children, one of whom will soon be adopted and three cats.
Nawdya has completed a Bachelor of Psychology with an emphasis in Women and Gender Studies, and a minor in Clinical and Community Behavioral Health at Western Kentucky University.
She has a background in case work, advocacy, and community service, and has gained several years of experience working with individuals and families with diverse cultural backgrounds. Nawdya is proud to bring a holistic and person-centered approach to Case Management and Community Support services.
Nawdya enjoys yoga, writing, spending time with her family and volunteering at New Beginnings Therapeutic Riding.
Stephanie graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Master’s of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and has interest in obtaining further training in treating trauma.
Before obtaining her degree, Stephanie earned experience working with survivors of sexual assault/abuse through her volunteer advocacy work at Hope Harbor, and gained 4 years of experience working with victims of domestic violence and their children as a Crisis Intervention Advocate at Barren River Area Safe Space, Inc.
Throughout her career as an LPCA, Stephanie has gained experience working with case managers, community support associates, mental health specialists, and social workers and always recommends wrap-around services for client’s who present the need in order to provide the client with the support needed to succeed.
Stephanie has worked with client’s of all ages with a variety of different diagnoses and life circumstances, and has a person-centered approach to therapy allowing the client’s presenting concerns and personal goals for therapy to lead the direction of what therapeutic interventions and techniques are used.
