(August 31, 2026) – Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education (Cultivate BHE), a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and behavioral health services, is excited to announce the appointment of Megan Nemeth, M.A., as Regional Vice President overseeing the organization’s Great Lakes region. This strategic leadership addition strengthens Cultivate’s regional structure and supports continued growth, clinical excellence, and team development across the region.
Megan brings more than a decade of experience in behavioral health and autism services, with an extensive background in multi-site ABA operations, organizational growth, and team leadership. Most recently, she served as a Regional Vice President for InBloom Autism Services, where she led multi-site operations and supported teams across the region. Throughout her career, Megan has focused on building effective operations, developing strong teams, and creating environments that support the delivery of high-quality, individualized care.
Her experience gives her a broad understanding of the people, processes, and systems that contribute to successful care delivery. This perspective has shaped a leadership approach centered on creating the support teams need to do their best work.
“What excites me most about joining Cultivate is the genuine, people-centered culture I’ve already experienced in every interaction,” said Nemeth. “I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to that culture, collaborate with such an impressive team, and help further the meaningful impact Cultivate makes for the individuals and families we serve.”
As Regional Vice President, Nemeth will partner closely with clinical and operational leaders throughout the Great Lakes region to support team members, strengthen center performance, and advance Cultivate’s commitment to providing engaging, individualized, and compassionate care. Her role will focus on ensuring teams have the operational support, resources, and leadership needed to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences for clients and families.
“Megan brings an impressive combination of behavioral health experience, operational expertise, and people-centered leadership to Cultivate,” said Mike Foulk, Chief Operating Officer of Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education. “Her experience leading teams within the ABA field and her commitment to building strong, collaborative environments make her a tremendous addition to our leadership team. We’re excited to welcome Megan and look forward to the impact she will have on our Great Lakes teams and the families we serve.”
