Our caregiver training services are designed to empower families with the tools and knowledge needed to support their child’s progress and development through ABA. We collaborate closely with caregivers, providing personalized training sessions that focus on understanding ABA principles, implementing effective strategies, and addressing specific goals tailored to the child’s unique needs.
If you’ve noticed differences in how your child communicates, interacts, or plays, getting clarity early can make all the difference. At Cultivate, we help families take those first important steps by offering trusted autism screenings, such as the M-CHAT-R (for toddlers) and the CAST (for older children).
These screenings can provide valuable insight and help determine whether pursuing a formal diagnostic evaluation is the next step. Our team can help directly connect you to our diagnostic partners to ensure families have clear pathways to the support they need.
My daughter has been at Cultivate for 3 years. She is currently 6 and started just after she had turned 3 years old. I can’t even begin to describe what this place has done for not only her, but our entire family as well. They have helped her so much.
I can’t say enough good things about Cultivate. They definitely have changed our lives for the better. If anybody is anxious about ABA therapy, please give this place a chance.
This is a great ABA facility. The technicians and our BCBA really care about our child and family as a whole. Our BCBA is phenomenal! My son has grown so much in the last year since he’s been attending.

In-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is a clinically supervised service that delivers individualized behavioral treatment directly within your child’s home. Services are provided one-on-one by a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), with ongoing assessment, planning, and oversight from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
This model allows clinical teams to closely observe how skills and behaviors appear in real-world settings. Therapy focuses on teaching functional communication, emotional regulation, compliance with routines, and independence within daily life. Because therapy takes place where behaviors naturally occur, clinicians can make precise, data-driven adjustments that support meaningful progress.
In-home ABA therapy may be especially appropriate for families who value close clinical oversight and individualized care within the home environment. It is often recommended when behaviors are complex, routines are highly specific, or progress in other settings has been inconsistent.
A BCBA completes a comprehensive assessment to determine whether in-home therapy is clinically appropriate. Some families begin with in-home services to establish strong foundational skills and later transition to clinic-based therapy as goals expand.
One of the primary benefits of in-home ABA therapy is the ability to closely monitor and refine treatment within the child’s natural environment. This allows clinicians to directly observe how skills generalize across daily routines and make precise adjustments to teaching strategies.
Families also benefit from increased communication with the clinical team and real-time caregiver coaching. This high-touch approach supports consistency, accountability, and a deeper understanding of how therapy strategies align with everyday life.
In-home ABA therapy is designed to align with your household’s routine while maintaining clinical consistency. Sessions are scheduled based on family availability, and therapy goals are addressed during predictable activities your child already encounters.
Rather than creating artificial learning scenarios, therapy is embedded into daily life—allowing clinicians to observe patterns, identify barriers, and support skill development within real routines.
Goals addressed through in-home ABA therapy are carefully selected based on assessment data and family priorities. These often include communication development, emotional regulation, daily living skills, compliance with routines, safety awareness, and reduction of behaviors that interfere with learning.
Because therapy occurs in the home, goals can be refined to reflect environmental variables, family dynamics, and real-world challenges—allowing for highly individualized and clinically responsive treatment plans.
Parent and caregiver involvement is an important component of in-home ABA therapy. While caregivers are not required to run sessions, they are encouraged to observe, ask questions, and participate in guided practice when appropriate.
This collaboration allows caregivers to better understand the rationale behind strategies and ensures continuity between therapy sessions and daily routines.
In-home ABA therapy follows strict professional, ethical, and safety standards. Clinicians maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and safety protocols at all times while working in family homes.
Prior to beginning services, expectations related to safety, privacy, and session structure are reviewed with families to ensure transparency and comfort throughout care.
Progress is monitored through systematic data collection during every session. Therapists record measurable information related to targeted goals, which is regularly reviewed by the supervising BCBA.
Families receive consistent communication through progress summaries, scheduled reviews, and collaborative discussions. This data-driven approach ensures therapy decisions are informed, measurable, and aligned with clinical outcomes.
ABA therapy is continuously evaluated to ensure it remains effective. If progress is slower than expected or services need adjustment, the BCBA will review data, observe sessions, and collaborate with your family to make changes.
Adjustments may include refining goals, modifying strategies, increasing caregiver involvement, or transitioning service settings. This ongoing clinical oversight ensures therapy remains responsive and outcome-focused.
Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education does not provide formal autism diagnoses through in-home ABA therapy services. However, we support families by offering free developmental screening tools, including the M-CHAT-R for toddlers and the CAST for school-aged children.
If further evaluation is recommended, families can be connected with trusted diagnostician partners who offer virtual or in-person autism evaluations. Once a diagnosis is confirmed, our clinical team can begin developing an individualized in-home ABA therapy plan.
Addressing Key Target Areas for ABA Therapy
ABA therapy targets crucial areas, implementing evidence-based solutions for lasting results. Common challenges faced by children with autism include effective communication, social skills, interacting with others, and transitioning between tasks.
Initiating in-home ABA services involves identifying your child’s behaviors and proactively developing effective solutions to address the challenges.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is based on three essential elements, known as the ABCs:
By understanding the ABCs, our ABA therapists guide children toward more constructive ways of navigating their environment, fostering healthier behaviors for long-term success. This approach is particularly beneficial in the home setting, where both children and caregivers can learn and grow to enhance their lives.
Our in-home ABA therapy services in Palm Beach are designed to assist your child in managing complex daily tasks, including potty training, hygiene, successfully completing household chores, and so much more. Our ABA therapy experts are dedicated to helping your child improve their at-home behaviors.
Fostering sibling relationships is a crucial aspect of assisting children on the autism spectrum in connecting with their family members. Our in-home services provide the means for your children to find common ground and nurture lasting bonds.
