With our goal being to cultivate every individual’s highest potential, we make the ABA therapy process as approachable and seamless as possible.
Knowing that you may have questions, thoughts, and concerns, especially in the beginning, we’re here to provide you and your family with the highest level of service and support. You are not alone in this treatment journey! We want you to feel confident along the way, so if at any time you need support, our dedicated team is here to help.
We’re thrilled you’ve trusted Cultivate for your ABA Therapy Services. As we start this process, we want to get to know you and collect all the necessary information to provide your child with the best care possible. The foundation for a smooth transition and strong relationship starts here!
Our Family Lead Coordinators will answer your initial questions and collect documents, insurance information, and other important details. They will also learn about your child’s developmental history, needs, strengths, and challenges, and connect you with a Clinical Manager and Intake Coordinator to prepare you for the start of services.
Once all the necessary documents have been submitted and verified, you’ll meet with a Clinical Manager (CM). At this stage, you may have more specific questions regarding your therapy for your child. Your CM will be available to provide further support.
Moving forward, your CM will be your trusted guide throughout the ABA therapy journey.
Once you’re ready, our team will handle the submission of authorization to your insurance company or payer source to secure approval to begin the skills assessment.
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst will perform a comprehensive assessment to determine your child’s skills and specific ABA therapy plan tailored to their needs. We use a number of assessment tools and techniques that will evaluate gaps in your child’s skill levels as well as concerns with challenging behavior.
These assessments are then used to develop your child’s unique treatment plan. Included in this plan will be specific, measurable goals targeting things such as behavior modification, skill development, and improving daily functioning.
Following the skills assessment, we will schedule a meeting to review our clinical recommendations, which may include the following:
After reviewing our clinical recommendation, it’s now time for you to decide that you want to start services. Should you want to move forward with Cultivate, our team will submit treatment authorization to your insurance provider or payer source. Once this authorization is completed, the therapy services can be scheduled and begin!
With assessments completed, goals established, and insurance/payment sources in place, it’s time to start ABA therapy. Our team will ensure you and your child are prepped and ready for the first day of services.
