(October 16, 2026) – Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education (Cultivate BHE), a nationally recognized provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, has announced the successful implementation of two new technology platforms, Hi Rasmus and Lumary, as part of its ongoing investment in delivering high-quality, individualized care to children and families across its nationwide network of ABA therapy centers.
Guided by its People, Patients, Performance model, Cultivate recently implemented two new technology platforms, Hi Rasmus and Lumary, designed to better support its team members, enhance clinical care, and improve operational efficiency across the organization. The model reflects Cultivate’s belief that investing in its people creates a stronger foundation for exceptional patient care, while effective operations and sustainable performance allow the organization to continue serving families with consistency and quality.
“At Cultivate, our People, Patients, Performance model is at the center of how we operate and make decisions,” said Mike Foulk, Chief Operating Officer of Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education. “When we invest in our people and equip them with the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed, they are better positioned to deliver the high-quality, individualized care our patients deserve. By pairing that commitment with strong operational performance, we create an organization that can continue growing, improving, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients and families we serve. Our investment in Hi Rasmus and Lumary reflects that philosophy and our commitment to building a stronger future for Cultivate.”
As part of this investment, Cultivate introduced Hi Rasmus, a clinical data collection and documentation platform designed with input from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). The system provides clinical teams with tools to track client progress, analyze treatment data, and make informed decisions based on each child’s individualized goals.
“It is clear that Hi Rasmus was developed by BCBAs, for BCBAs, and we have absolutely loved the product!” said Claire Prat, MCD, CCC-SLP, BCBA, KY LBA, COBA, Regional Clinical Director at Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education. “Most importantly, we look forward to seeing the progress our clients can make with a platform that keeps their needs and clinical outcomes at the center of the work.”
Complementing these clinical enhancements, Lumary strengthens Cultivate’s operational infrastructure by bringing essential functions such as scheduling, authorizations, billing, and administrative workflows into one comprehensive practice management platform. By improving coordination across departments and streamlining day-to-day processes, Lumary helps create a more efficient, connected environment that allows team members to remain focused on delivering high-quality, individualized care.
“We have been thoroughly impressed by the expertise and attentiveness the implementation team brought to executing a seamless rollout,” said Justin Stump, Chief Financial Officer at Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education. “The intuitive user experience and thoughtful data structure across clients, payers, providers, authorizations, and scheduling have significantly streamlined our Revenue Cycle process.”
Together, these systems are designed to help Cultivate’s teams:
- Enhance individualized treatment: Improve access to clinical data to better monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on each client’s needs.
- Strengthen care coordination: Connect clinical and operational information to support more consistent communication and collaboration.
- Improve operational efficiency: Streamline scheduling, documentation, billing, and administrative processes.
- Support data-informed decisions: Give clinical teams improved visibility into client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Prioritize client care: Reduce administrative burdens so team members can dedicate more time and attention to supporting clients and families.
The successful launch followed months of planning, testing, training, and collaboration among Cultivate’s clinical, operational, administrative, and technology teams.
As Cultivate continues to expand its reach, the organization remains focused on ensuring its growth is supported by the people, systems, and resources necessary to maintain the quality and consistency of its services. With a commitment to becoming the best ABA therapy provider in the communities it serves, Cultivate continues to invest in innovative technology, clinical excellence, and team member development to strengthen the care and experience it provides to children and families. Through investments like Hi Rasmus and Lumary, Cultivate remains dedicated to its mission of collaborating to improve lives with engaging, individualized, and compassionate care.
