Allison Radomski is an accomplished Clinical Manager at our Yulee, FL and St. Mary’s service areas, bringing a wealth of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With a strong background in leading multidisciplinary teams and implementing evidence-based interventions, she plays a pivotal role in fostering a supportive and effective environment at Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education. Originally from Ohio, she has lived in Florida for over seven years and enjoys exploring NE Florida’s beautiful nature trails, trying new foods, and traveling anywhere she can hike.
In-home ABA therapy services target socially significant skills within the home environment. This approach targets communication, daily routines, and addresses specific challenges like communication, activities of daily living, and behavior management within a familiar home environment. Our team works closely with families to create personalized interventions, so we enhance engagement and foster independence within the home setting. Home–based service models include regular parent and caregiver training to maximize learning opportunities outside of structured ABA Therapy sessions.
If you’ve noticed differences in how your child communicates, interacts, or plays, getting clarity early can make all the difference. At Cultivate, we help families take those first important steps by offering trusted autism screenings, such as the M-CHAT-R (for toddlers) and the CAST (for older children).
These screenings can provide valuable insight and help determine whether pursuing a formal diagnostic evaluation is the next step. Our team can help directly connect you to our diagnostic partners to ensure families have clear pathways to the support they need.
I don’t know where I would be without their wonderful team. These people truly have a gift. And our children are fortunate enough to reap the benefits of those gifts.
They’re phenomenal therapists trained to help our ASD babies be themselves completely while helping them do what is considered ‘normal’ to function in the world and be independent.
I highly recommend Cultivate! Their staff is always so kind and positive! I had a great experience with Cultivate and highly recommend them for ABA. Their team is passionate, well educated, and very attentive.

In-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is a structured, evidence-based treatment provided directly in your child’s home. Services are delivered one-on-one by a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and closely supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who oversees assessment, goal development, and ongoing progress monitoring.
By providing therapy in the home, clinicians can directly observe behaviors as they occur in daily life. This allows for precise teaching of functional skills such as communication, emotional regulation, task completion, and independence, with immediate opportunities to measure and adjust strategies based on real-world outcomes.
In-home ABA therapy may be a strong fit for families who value clear structure, measurable progress, and accountability in care. It is often recommended when behaviors occur primarily at home or when families want therapy outcomes that directly translate into everyday routines.
A BCBA conducts a comprehensive assessment to determine whether in-home services are clinically appropriate. Some families use in-home ABA therapy as their primary service, while others combine it with clinic-based therapy to maximize progress across environments.
One of the key benefits of in-home ABA therapy is the ability to measure progress in real-life situations. Teaching skills where they naturally occur allows clinicians to evaluate whether strategies are effective and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
Families also benefit from increased visibility into therapy progress. Seeing skills practiced at home makes improvements easier to recognize and reinforces consistency between therapy sessions and daily life.
Goals addressed during in-home ABA therapy are selected based on assessment data and measurable outcomes. These often include communication development, emotional regulation, daily living skills, behavior reduction, safety awareness, and compliance with routines.
Because therapy occurs in the home, goals can be directly linked to observable behaviors and clearly tracked over time, ensuring treatment remains focused on meaningful results.
Caregiver participation is encouraged to support consistency and measurable progress. While caregivers are not expected to run therapy sessions, they may observe, ask questions, and practice strategies with guidance from the therapy team.
This involvement helps families better understand progress benchmarks and reinforces strategies between sessions, supporting long-term outcomes.
Therapists are trained to manage sessions within real household environments while maintaining structure and focus. The BCBA collaborates with families to identify strategies that support productive sessions while allowing learning to occur in realistic conditions.
When siblings are present, therapists may establish boundaries or incorporate siblings into activities when appropriate, using these interactions as opportunities to observe and support skill development.
Progress is measured through systematic data collection during every therapy session. Therapists record objective data related to each goal, which is reviewed regularly by the supervising BCBA.
Families receive clear progress updates, scheduled reviews, and data-informed discussions that explain what skills are improving, what areas need adjustment, and what steps come next. This transparent approach ensures families always understand how therapy is progressing.
ABA therapy is continuously evaluated using data and clinical observation. If progress is slower than expected or goals need adjustment, the BCBA will review session data, observe therapy, and collaborate with your family to make changes.
Adjustments may include modifying goals, refining teaching strategies, increasing caregiver involvement, or transitioning service settings. This results-driven approach ensures therapy remains effective and aligned with measurable outcomes.
In-home ABA therapy follows strict professional, ethical, and safety guidelines. Clinicians maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and safety protocols while working in family homes.
Before therapy begins, expectations related to safety, privacy, and session structure are reviewed to ensure families feel informed and comfortable throughout services.
Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education does not provide formal autism diagnoses through in-home ABA therapy services. However, we support families by offering free developmental screening tools, including the M-CHAT-R for toddlers and the CAST for school-aged children.
If screening results indicate the need for further evaluation, families can be connected with trusted diagnostician partners who offer virtual or in-person autism evaluations. Once a diagnosis is confirmed, our clinical team can begin developing an individualized in-home ABA therapy plan.
