Cultivate Opens ABA Therapy Center in Sebastian, Florida
(October 21, 2025) – Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education, a nationally recognized provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, is proud to announce the opening of its newest center in Sebastian, Florida. Located at 1424 US Hwy 1, Ste C, Sebastian, FL 32958, this new facility expands Cultivate’s mission to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to families along Florida’s Treasure Coast and surrounding communities.
For several years, Cultivate has been providing in-home ABA therapy and community-based services to families throughout Vero Beach, Indian River County, and Brevard County. The opening of the Sebastian ABA center marks an exciting next step, offering families the option of a welcoming, center-based environment in addition to the flexible in-home care they already trust. The new location is now accepting referrals and scheduling new clients for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
ABA therapy is an evidence-based approach that uses positive reinforcement and meaningful, measurable goals to help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing behaviors that may interfere with learning. Treatment plans are highly individualized and informed by data so that clinicians can continuously assess progress and adjust strategies for each child. Early, consistent intervention has been associated with improved outcomes over time, and families often choose ABA because it supports practical skills that translate to home, school, and community settings. At Cultivate, ABA therapy is delivered through a family-centered model where Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) collaborate closely with caregivers, coordinate with educators and healthcare partners when appropriate, and emphasize generalization so gains carry over into everyday life.
“We feel so lucky to have spent the past several years serving families across Indian River and Brevard County through in-home, school, and community-based ABA care,” said Teddie Smink MS, BCBA, Clinical Manager of the Sebastian ABA center. “We’re excited to be opening our Sebastian clinic to expand our reach and bring high-quality, compassionate ABA care to even more members of our amazing community!”
The Sebastian ABA center features thoughtfully designed therapy rooms supporting a wide range of behavioral domains, including communication, social interaction, daily living skills, and behavior reduction. Cultivate’s team of BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and support staff work closely with families to ensure every program is personalized, data-driven, and grounded in evidence-based practices.
“We’ve seen firsthand the impact that compassionate, individualized ABA therapy can have on a child’s life,” said Mike Foulk, Chief Operating Officer of Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education. “By opening our Sebastian center, we’re deepening our roots in the community and strengthening our ability to walk alongside families every step of the way.”
Cultivate’s continued growth in Florida reflects its commitment to improving access to autism therapy, ABA services, and family-centered behavioral health care. With locations now serving Sebastian, Vero Beach, Indian River County, Brevard County, and St. Lucie County, families can access comprehensive autism services delivered by an experienced, accredited team focused on helping each child reach their fullest potential.
