(December 12, 2025) – Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education, a leading national provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, has released the results of its 2025 Parent Satisfaction Survey, revealing exceptionally high levels of family confidence, satisfaction, and reported progress.
Each year, Cultivate surveys parents and caregivers to better understand their experience with ABA therapy, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure families feel supported throughout every stage of the process. The 2025 results reflect consistent, meaningful growth across all core measures and highlight Cultivate’s commitment to compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy services designed to improve quality of life for children and their families.
2025 Parent Satisfaction Highlights
Parents across all Cultivate locations reported highly positive experiences with their clinical teams, the therapeutic environment, and their child’s progress. Key findings include:
- 95% of parents feel confident and more effective in managing their child’s challenging behaviors. (Increase from 94% in 2024)
- 97% report noticing meaningful progress and growth toward their child’s developmental goals. (Increase from 96% in 2024)
- 98% would recommend Cultivate to a friend or colleague to receive ABA therapy. (No change from 2024)
- 98% express overall satisfaction with their experience and services they receive at Cultivate. (Increase from 97% in 2024)
These results demonstrate Cultivate’s consistent commitment to quality, family-centered care, and individualized ABA therapy that supports real, measurable progress.
“Families trust us during some of their most important moments, and we are honored to support them,” said Brent Arnold, CEO of Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education. “Our dedicated team members work tirelessly to ensure every child receives compassionate, high-quality treatment, and this year’s results reflect that dedication.”
Parent feedback plays a central role in shaping Cultivate’s ongoing clinical and operational improvements. Each year, insights gathered from the survey directly shape how Cultivate evolves its ABA therapy services to better meet the needs of children and families. This includes strengthening the way clinical teams develop goals and measure meaningful outcomes, ensuring that every child’s treatment plan is both individualized and aligned with their long-term developmental progress. Families’ input also guides enhancements in parent education, training, and communication, helping caregivers feel more equipped, supported, and involved throughout their child’s therapy journey. Additionally, survey results help refine clinic operations and scheduling processes, including initiatives aimed at reducing wait times and improving access to high-quality autism services.
Parent perspectives further shape how treatment plans are designed and adjusted over time, ensuring that therapy remains responsive to each child’s evolving needs. Ultimately, the feedback received from the annual parent survey enhances the entire caregiver and client experience, reinforcing Cultivate’s family-first approach and strengthening the partnership at the heart of effective ABA therapy.
“Our mission is rooted in partnership,” said Mike Foulk, Chief Operating Officer at Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education. “Parent feedback ensures that our services remain responsive, individualized, and focused on better supporting the families we serve.”
The 2025 survey results arrive during a milestone year for the organization. This year, Cultivate celebrates 10 years of serving children and families nationwide, expanding access to autism services and ABA therapy through a growing network of clinics and programs.
Since opening its doors in 2015, Cultivate has grown from a single regional provider into a multi-state organization with ABA locations across Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin.
