Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education Expands Access to Autism Services in Southeastern Connecticut!

(July 30, 2025) – Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education (Cultivate BHE), a nationally recognized provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, proudly announces the opening of its newest center in New London, Connecticut. Located at 4 Shaws Cove, Ste 105, New London, CT, this center is now welcoming families in need of high-quality, individualized autism services.
The expansion into New London highlights Cultivate’s commitment to making compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy more accessible to families in the region. The new center will provide in-home and center-based ABA therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
ABA therapy is widely regarded as the gold standard for autism care, using data-driven techniques to help children build communication, social, and daily living skills. Cultivate’s model focuses on collaboration with families, personalized care plans, and measurable outcomes.
“We are excited to bring our mission-driven care to Southeastern Connecticut and look forward to building strong partnerships within the local community,” said Michael Foulk, Chief Operating Officer at Cultivate BHE. “Our team is passionate about helping children succeed through evidence-based interventions in a nurturing and supportive environment.”
The New London center will be led by April Almeida, M.S., MS. Ed., BCBA, who shared her excitement about opening this new center, saying, “Opening our New London clinic is more than an expansion; it’s a commitment to this community. We’re here to provide compassionate, high-quality ABA therapy that empowers children and strengthens families, one meaningful step at a time.”
This is Cultivate’s second ABA center in Connecticut, joining an existing location in Hamden. In addition to its center-based services, Cultivate also offers in-home therapy throughout the state, including in Fairfield County, Hamden, New Haven, Norwich, Stamford, and surrounding communities.

Cultivate BHE currently operates more than 35 ABA centers across the U.S., serving thousands of children and families nationwide.
