Cultivate Opens New Location in Fairfield, Expanding Access to Purpose-Built ABA Therapy Services for Children with Autism

FAIRFIELD

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

(February 16, 2026) – Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education, a nationally recognized and BHCOE-accredited provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, is proud to announce the opening of its newest location in Fairfield, Connecticut. Located at 501 Kings Hwy E, Ste 110, Fairfield, CT 06825, the new center expands Cultivate’s mission to increase access to high-quality, evidence-based autism services throughout Fairfield County and surrounding communities.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is an evidence-based intervention commonly recommended for children with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD). ABA therapy focuses on building meaningful skills that support long-term independence through positive reinforcement, structured teaching, and data-driven clinical decision-making.
At Cultivate, therapy programs are individualized to each child’s unique strengths and needs, with goals targeting communication, social interaction, daily living skills, and behavioral regulation. Collaboration with families and caregivers remains a core component of treatment to ensure progress extends beyond the clinic environment into everyday life.
Research consistently shows that early and consistent intervention is associated with improved developmental outcomes. Cultivate’s clinical model emphasizes caregiver involvement, coordination with medical and educational providers, and skill generalization so children can succeed at home, school, and in their communities.
The Fairfield clinic was thoughtfully designed to support learning, engagement, and comfort for both children and families. The center features structured therapy rooms, open learning spaces, and flexible treatment areas that allow clinicians to provide individualized care while maintaining safety and predictability within the environment.
The new Fairfield location marks Cultivate’s third center in Connecticut, joining existing clinics in Hamden and New London, along with in-home ABA therapy services provided throughout Fairfield County and Stamford. This expansion allows Cultivate to serve more families while maintaining the high standards of care the organization is known for. Each aspect of the clinic was developed to support ethical, evidence-based treatment and create a welcoming space where children can build confidence and independence.
Heather Gagliardo, M.A., BCBA, LBA-CT, LBA-NY, Clinical Manager of the Fairfield location, shared her enthusiasm for bringing services to the community saying, “I’m excited for the opportunity to provide high-quality ABA services to those in need around the Farfield area. As someone who has seen the incredible impact of ABA therapy on the futures of our kids, I can’t wait to see the positive changes this center will bring to so many lives!”
Mike Foulk, Chief Operating Officer of Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education, emphasized the importance of increasing access to care in the region saying, “The opening of our new center in Fairfield is a testament to our commitment to expanding access to quality ABA therapy services. We’ve seen the incredible difference our services can make, and this new location allows us to reach even more families in need. We are dedicated to meeting the growing demand with the same level of care and excellence that Cultivate is known for.”
With this opening, Cultivate continues its broader mission to expand ethical, family-centered behavioral health services nationwide while investing in clinical teams and strengthening community partnerships across the regions it serves.
