Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education Appoints Christina Peele as Regional Vice President for Texas

(January 19, 2026) – Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education is excited to announce the appointment of Christina Peele as Regional Vice President, overseeing the organization’s Texas region. This strategic leadership addition strengthens Cultivate’s regional structure and supports continued growth, clinical excellence, and team development across the state.

Christina brings 27 years of healthcare leadership experience, offering a strong combination of clinical expertise, operational excellence, and a patient-first approach. Her background spans direct patient care, clinical leadership, and large-scale operations management, making her well-positioned to lead Cultivate’s Texas region through its next phase of growth.

Christina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Liberty University and an Executive MBA from the Davis College of Business at Jacksonville University. She spent the majority of her career with DaVita Kidney Care, where she advanced through a variety of leadership roles across both clinical and operational functions.

She began her career providing direct patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse, later moving into facility administration, regional leadership, and ultimately serving as Director of Clinical Services during the COVID-19 pandemic. In that role, Christina played a critical part in ensuring safe, high-quality care for patients while supporting and protecting healthcare teammates during an unprecedented time in the industry.

Throughout her leadership tenure, Christina demonstrated a consistent commitment to clinical quality, patient experience, and team development. The region she led at DaVita ranked in the Top Quartile company-wide for two consecutive years, reflecting strong operational performance and sustained clinical outcomes.

In her new role at Cultivate, Christina will focus on partnering with clinical and operational teams across Texas to support clinicians, strengthen collaboration, and ensure families receive high-quality, compassionate, and individualized care.

Outside of her professional role, Christina lives in Dallas, Texas with her husband, TJ, and their dog Hendrix. They are proud parents to two sons and a daughter, as well as grandparents to three granddaughters. She enjoys traveling, reading, exercising, trying new foods, live music and cheering on the Baltimore Ravens whenever they come to town.

“We are excited to welcome Christina to the Cultivate leadership team,” said Mike Foulk, Chief Operating Officer at Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education. “Her depth of experience, commitment to patients and families, and passion for developing teams align seamlessly with Cultivate’s mission and values. We look forward to the impact she will make across our Texas region and beyond.”
