AUSTIN, TX – (February 14, 2022) – Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education (Cultivate BHE) announces the appointment of Brent Arnold as Chief Executive Officer effective February 14, 2022.
Brent is an accomplished leader with over 32 years of experience in various healthcare settings. Most recently, Brent served as the Chief Executive Officer for Vein Clinics of America, a leading provider of treatments for chronic venous insufficiency.
Brent’s passion for helping others transcends beyond the workplace; he is also very involved in helping children, especially those facing difficult situations. For the past 10 years, he has been actively involved on the Board of Directors for CASA, Lake County, Illinois, an organization serving over 600 children across northern Chicago as they navigate the foster care system in search of a safe, loving, and permanent home. He’s been serving as the President of the Board of Directors for 6 years and continues advocating for children in need. He and his wife, Kathy, also support Oasis for Orphans in Africa and have helped build a community center in India to serve children that have lost their parents.
His goal is to create a strong and lasting company culture where team members are treated like family and provided an opportunity to develop and grow with the company. “It is a privilege to join such a dedicated and talented team making a meaningful impact on the lives of the patients and families we serve. As leaders, we have a responsibility to build a great culture where team members can grow, succeed, and enjoy each day,” said Brent. “Together, we are going to create a high-performance organization where our mission and core values guide our daily interactions as we become the gold standard in providing engaging, individualized, and compassionate care for our patients.”
Linde Finsrud who served as interim-CEO leading up to Brent’s arrival said, “He is known for being mission-driven and patient-centric, focused on providing great outcomes and care for every patient. Brent brings the necessary focus on mission, treating the whole family (families first) skills and experience.”
