Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education may send SMS messages to communicate with you regarding appointment reminders, intake updates, service-related notifications, and other important information related to your child’s care or referral process. Messaging may also include occasional follow-ups or requests related to your experience with our services.

By providing your mobile number and opting into SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education as described above. Consent is not a condition of receiving services.

1. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP,” we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you wish to rejoin, you may opt in again through our website forms or by providing consent as you did previously.
