(May 21, 2025) – Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education, a leading provider of compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, is proud to announce the opening of its second Madison-area ABA clinic to meet the growing demand for autism services in the community.
Located at 1232 Fourier Drive, Suite 101, Madison, WI 53717, the new West Madison clinic will expand Cultivate’s reach and reduce wait times for families seeking high-quality ABA therapy. This expansion builds on the successful launch of Cultivate’s East Madison clinic in 2024 and joins the organization’s existing Verona location, reflecting their continued investment in delivering exceptional care to Wisconsin families.
“I am so honored and proud to be part of the continued growth of Cultivate’s Wisconsin team with the opening of our West Madison location,” said Manu Becraft, M.Ed., BCBA, Clinical Manager of the West Madison center. “This second center allows us to further expand our services in the Madison area to meet the growing demand for high-quality ABA services. I look forward to supporting more families and seeing the small wins each day with the kids we serve!”
The new ABA center is thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming and supportive space for both clients and their families. With dedicated therapy rooms, interactive learning areas, and an environment tailored for skill development, the center provides a supportive setting where children can learn, grow, and succeed.
“Our rapid growth in Madison is a testament to the need for accessible, individualized autism therapy, and to the trust families have placed in us,” said Michael Foulk, Chief Operating Officer. “We’re honored to deepen our commitment to the area and provide even more children with the care, support, and progress they deserve.”
The new West Madison center marks a pivotal moment in Cultivate’s journey of growth and service. With additional de novo centers and multiple expansions planned in the coming months, the organization remains focused on removing barriers to care and making a lasting impact on the lives of families across the country.
