Hamden, CT (January 31, 2024) – Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education (Cultivate BHE), a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services, has officially expanded by opening its first center in Connecticut. Their new center, located in Hamden, CT, reinforces Cultivate BHE’s commitment to empowering individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families.
The new center, located at 3074 Whitney Avenue, Building #3, Hamden, CT 06517 is managed by Trish Lewandoski, M.S., BCBA, LBA (CT). It will allow Cultivate BHE to increase access to services, reduce wait times, and reach more families in the Connecticut area. The new center has spacious treatment rooms designed to create a comfortable and nurturing environment for children receiving ABA therapy. These rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art resources, allowing therapists to implement evidence-based interventions effectively.
“For me, this new clinic means new beginnings. It’s a fresh start for clients to access the treatment they need in a therapeutic and safe environment,” said Trish. “It also provides our staff with the opportunity to learn and grow together in ways that are uniquely possible within a dedicated physical space they can call their own.”
Michael Foulk, Chief Operating Officer, said, “This marks a truly momentous milestone for us as it is our first center in Connecticut. While providing in-home and in-school services to surrounding regions, we recognized a growing demand for specialized care and interventions for individuals with ASD. The need to establish a center in Hamden became clear as we expanded beyond home and schools. Our new center not only strengthens our commitment to our mission but also enables us to extend our outreach to an even wider range of families in the community.”
Cultivate BHE remains committed to ensuring the well-being and progress of everyone it serves. The expanded facility aligns with the center’s vision of fostering growth, independence, and a better quality of life for individuals with ASD and their families.
Looking ahead, Cultivate BHE envisions further expansion of its services into other regions of the country to meet the growing demand for high quality ABA services.
