Kristy Stidham is the Senior Director of Multi-Specialty Group Program Operations. She is a Social Worker who has over 10 years of experience working with children with severe emotional disorders across a variety of domains including residential treatment, school-based treatment, intensive outpatient, educational advocacy, and traditional outpatient mental health care services. Kristy has a passion for serving others through her work and community service opportunities. She is a proud Kentuckian, born and raised in rural Northern Kentucky. Kristy enjoys spending time with her family, writing, painting, and cheering for her Cincinnati sports teams.

Targeted Case Management (TCM) assists certain Medicaid-eligible recipients in gaining access to needed medical, behavioral health, social, educational, and other services. TCM-eligible recipients are identified as being diagnosed with a severe mental illness, severe emotional disability, substance use disorder, and/or a chronic complex health condition.
Our Community Support Associates team empowers individuals with disabilities to live independently through comprehensive support services. We assist with medication adherence, crisis coping skills, emotional regulation, and enhancing interpersonal abilities. Services include skills training, accessing community resources, and daily task assistance.
David is a Targeted Case Manager, and a Liberty University graduate with over 15 years’ experience working with and serving the youth and families of Knox County. David is a true leader, empathetic, and resourceful thus allowing him to provide exceptional support for clients and families. When David is not working, he enjoys spending time with his four children, coaching softball, and watching football.
DeLisa Estes was born and raised in Barbourville in Knox County Kentucky. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Union College with majors in Psychology and Sociology, and has also completed her Master of Arts in Education with an emphasis in Psychology at Union College.
In addition to working in the school system where she serves as the Family Resource Center Coordinator, DeLisa spent several years working in community action. DeLisa loves helping others realize their full potential. She has been married to her husband for over 30 years and has two beautiful daughters, and her favorite hobby is spoiling her five grandchildren.
Following her passion to help other people and serve those in need, Donna began working as a Targeted Case Manager in 2019. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Union College, with a Major in Psychology. Donna has over 20 years of experience working in the Knox County school system.
Donna’s empathy, kindness, and consideration have allowed her to develop relationships and enjoy working with clients and their families, from diverse backgrounds. When Donna is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two daughters.
As a Targeted Case Manager, Gina enjoys having the opportunity to help improve the lives and mental health of everyone she interacts with and most importantly, helping children to give them a chance to flourish. “There is no greater blessing than to see someone change and make a better life for themselves and be self-sufficient,” says Gina.
Gina earned her bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, and has a master’s degree in Guidance Counseling and a Rank 1 in education administration. She has been an educator for over 30 years in several different roles, from Family Resource Youth Service Center Coordinator, High School Teacher, High School Principal, College Adjunct Professor, and currently Director of Student Services and Pupil Personnel.
She serves on several committees for the Kentucky Association of School Administrators, and is currently serving her fourth term as finance officer for the Kentucky Directors of Pupil Personnel. She is the education liaison between the schools and the cabinet for families and children and serves on other community organizations as well.
Gina lives in Southeastern Kentucky, and has one son, Zachary who is 26 years old. She loves animals and currently has a Yorkie (Harley Jo); a Dorkie (Trump) and 3 Maine Coone Cats (Conway, JoJo, and Reba.) Gina loves passing time at the beach every chance she gets, and she has a passion for helping people and children.
Hallie’s primary goal is to ensure that every client’s mental health needs are met, and she looks forward to working with each individual in the community.
In her free time, you can find Hallie coaching softball or giving lessons in the Tri-County area. She loves spending time with family and friends doing outdoor activities, going on adventures, or lounging around the house. Hallie is also very big in her Faith where she is a Christian and loves spreading the Gospel.
Holly is a psychotherapist who specializes in a variety of therapy techniques that can help individuals of all ages. She can do clinical supervision for both professional and substance abuse counselors.
Holly has been working in the field of professional counseling since 2002, and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She completed her education at the University of Kentucky, Lincoln Memorial University, and Lindsey Wilson College, where she holds certifications in court-ordered domestic violence offender treatment, and juvenile sexual offender treatment, and is a certified trauma-informed care clinician and trainer.
Holly enjoys being involved in her local church, spending time with her family and friends, and traveling and cruising with her husband, Andrew. Holly’s favorite quote is: “I haven’t been everywhere yet, but it’s on my list!.”
Jara has served families and children in her community for nearly 10 years and has dedicated much of her career in carrying out her passion to support others while they work to achieve their personal goals.
She graduated from the University of the Cumberlands with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Human Services, and achieving President’s List each semester. In 2021 she received the System of Care Champion award for demonstrating the System of Care Values in her work on behalf of Kentucky’s children, as well as earned the prestigious honor of Kentucky Colonel in 2022.
Jara enjoys giving back to her community while creating nurturing environments where people can flourish and grow.
Kaity is a Targeted Case Manager who diligently strives to meet the diverse needs of underserved populations in the Southeast Kentucky area.
Kaity is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, obtaining her bachelor’s degree in Social Work/Psychology, and has been practicing in her field for three years. Though she has experience in working with individuals of all ages, Kaity has a passion for serving middle and high school aged youth, and thrives in building and maintaining productive relationships with this population.
In her spare time, she enjoys utilizing her love for planning/ organizing to design and host events and celebrations, weddings being amongst her favorites. Kaity has a heart for music, and expresses this through her volunteer work at her local church, leading the youth there in weekly praise and worship. On the weekends, Kaity will likely be found spending quality time with her family and friends hiking, kayaking, or playing board games.
Larissa is a psychotherapist and an MSW graduate of the University of Alabama, with an MA in psychology from Union College. Additionally, she obtained her BS in psychology from University of the Cumberlands, and boasts nearly 20 years of experience working in mental health service.
Larissa truly cares about the wellbeing of her clients. In her free time, Larissa enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, vacationing and watching sports.
Mollie Harris a CSW, Psychotherapist, has dedicated her career to helping the families of the tri-county areas improve the health and well-being of themselves and their children. Mollie began her studies at Eastern Kentucky University, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work in 2006, and later returned to EKU to earn a Masters in Social Work, and Masters of Science in Adult, Juvenile, and Community Leadership.
Mollie completed a number of secondary certifications in order to better educate her community on how to best take care of children. She is certified as a pediatric head trauma trainer, human trafficking 101 trainer, and infant massage instructor. Mollie has extensive experience working directly with families affected by child abuse and neglect and has experience with SCL/MPW waivers.
In 2018, Mollie was nominated for and completed the Leadership Tri-County Program, a program designed to identify potential, Emerging leaders from Laurel, Knox, and Whitley Counties. Her work earned her the prestigious honor of Kentucky Colonel in 2020, the highest honor bestowed by the Governor of Kentucky. The honorific title serves as recognition of an individual noteworthy accomplishments and outstanding service to their community, state, and nation. Mollie has also been recognized by her alma mater, Eastern Kentucky University, as she was awarded as its 2020 Social Worker of the Year and 2021 Social Work Student of the year.
Monica is a Psychotherapist serving the SEKY area. She works with individuals of all ages, and is passionate about empowering her clients to believe in themselves, and bring about a positive change.
Mollie previously worked as a Case Manager and loved learning skills that she has carried over to her new role as a therapist. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Union College, and her Master of Social Work Degree from Campbellsville University.
Mollie has appreciated having both backgrounds and having learned different approaches to use with clients. She is always eager to help and advocate for those who need help finding their voice!
Raven Shields is an LPCA in the state of Kentucky. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Union College and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberland.
Raven has worked with elementary school students and adolescents in the past. She has previous experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy techniques, and Play Therapy techniques, as well as experience working with symptoms such as: PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma-related symptoms. Raven provides therapy for ages 5 and up, working with both children and adults
Skyler is a psychotherapist that provides individual, couples, and family therapy for clients of all ages. Skyler is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is licensed to provide psychotherapy in the state of Kentucky. Skyler graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 2017 with her Bachelor of Social Work degree and graduated from Campbellsville University in 2019 with her Master of Social Work degree.
Skyler has over 5 years of experience working in the social work field, and she works with clients who experience symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and other symptoms. She loves empowering others to assist them in seeing their value and achieving their goals.
When Skyler is not working, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and being outside with her dogs.
Vidalia Elliott is a Targeted Case Manager and Community Support Associate. She graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 2022 and is pursuing her Master of Social Work from Campbellsville University.
