Understanding Sensory Processing and ABA Therapy for Children with Autism
When it comes to supporting children with autism, two critical aspects often take center stage:
Helping you navigate
the autism journey,
every step of the way.
Some parents worry that an autism diagnosis might define their child or shape their future in unexpected ways. It’s natural to have concerns, but what we hear most often from families isn’t regret about getting an autism diagnosis, it’s wishing they had pursued an evaluation sooner.
Early detection through an autism evaluation can lead to the right support and resources, helping children and families thrive in the future.
Here at Cultivate, we provide compassionate and comprehensive services to diagnose autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Still, more importantly, we support parents and caregivers as they navigate the process, especially in the critical beginning stages.
A proper diagnosis doesn’t have to be scary. It is not a label, nor does it change who your child is; it simply opens the door to understanding, support, and resources for a brighter future.
We utilize comprehensive and trusted autism screening tools, including:
A widely used screening tool designed to identify early signs of autism in toddlers aged 16-30 months.
A parent-completed questionnaire used to assess autism traits in children aged 4 and older.
