Austin, TX (August 25, 2023) – Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education (Cultivate BHE), a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services, is excited to announce its expansion into a new and larger facility in Austin Texas, reinforcing its commitment to empowering individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families.
The newly acquired center, located at 6611 River Place Blvd, Ste 105, Austin, TX 78730, will allow Cultivate BHE to increase access to services, reduce wait times, and reach more families in the Central Texas area. The new center has spacious treatment rooms designed to create a comfortable and nurturing environment for children receiving ABA therapy. These rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art resources, allowing therapists to implement evidence-based interventions effectively.
Michael Foulk, Chief Operating Officer, said, “This marks a truly momentous milestone for us. This center signifies our fifth expansion this year alone. As we grow, the demand for specialized care and interventions for individuals with ASD becomes increasingly evident. We realized the importance of expanding our operations to better serve the growing number of families seeking support. Our relocation not only strengthens our commitment to our mission but also enables us to extend our outreach to an even wider range of families in the community!”
Cultivate BHE remains committed to ensuring the well-being and progress of everyone it serves. The expanded facility aligns with the center’s vision of fostering growth, independence, and a better quality of life for individuals with ASD and their families.
The new Austin center is under the leadership of Lydia Irvin, M.A., BCBA, LBA, who stated, “This has been a great fresh start for our Austin staff as so many changes have happened this year. It is a moment of growth and opportunity to provide services to even more children in our community!”
To celebrate, Cultivate BHE will be hosting a free Open House event on Saturday, September 9 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM CST. All are invited to stop by this free event to connect with their clinicians while having the opportunity to tour the new state-of-the-art center. Cultivate BHE’s Regional Vice President, Melissa Schissler, MS, BCBA, LBA, will be leading a presentation about establishing and expanding pretend play and language skills. Melissa will be covering ideas from the book she co-wrote, “Pretend Play and Language Assessment and Curriculum: A Behavioral Approach to Targeting Play Skills.” There will also be fun sensory-friendly games and activities, refreshments, and raffle giveaways.
Looking ahead, Cultivate BHE envisions further expansion of its services into other regions of the country to meet the growing demand for high-quality ABA services.
