AUSTIN, TX – (January 12, 2022) – Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education (Cultivate BHE) announces the appointment of Mike Foulk as Chief Operating Officer effective January 3, 2022.
With over 20 years of experience in various healthcare settings, Mike has a strong reputation for being a logical and creative thinker with sharp business acumen, producing outstanding results. Most recently, Mike was a Divisional Vice President at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD), where he specialized in achieving exceptional operational results through leadership development. Prior to CARD, he spent 20 years at DaVita in various roles, including facility administration and regional leadership. His expertise includes talent development, operations management, budgeting, finance, culture building, leadership, and mentorship.
Foulk will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and improving efficiency across all clinics. “Mike comes to Cultivate with a focus on excellence and experience in growing a multi-site business.
