(August 5, 2025) – Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education (Cultivate BHE) is proud to announce the relocation and expansion of its Louisville Multi-Specialty Programs center to a larger, more accessible space designed to meet the mental health and behavior support needs of children, adolescents, adults, and families throughout the area.
According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), 1 in 5 U.S. adults experience mental illness each year, and 1 in 6 youth aged 6–17 experience a mental health disorder annually. NAMI also reports that millions of people in the U.S. are affected by mental illness each year, this highlights the growing demand for accessible, high-quality mental health care nationwide.
Cultivate’s Louisville center delivers compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals navigating a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. Their dedicated team of licensed therapists, counselors, targeted case managers, community support associates, and behavior support specialists work collaboratively to provide personalized services, including behavioral supports, targeted case management, individual/family therapy, and comprehensive community support. They specialize in helping individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns, offering the support they need to heal and thrive.
The newly relocated center at 501 E Broadway, Ste 225, Louisville, KY, 40202, features an upgraded and thoughtfully designed environment with expanded therapy rooms and private offices that prioritize comfort and healing. The increased capacity will help reduce wait times and allow the team to serve more clients across the Louisville area.
“The Cultivate Louisville team is excited about the move to our new location,” said Jarrod Peebles, LPCC, Clinical Manager of Cultivate BHE. “With this new space, located in downtown Louisville, we can really improve our access to people in the community, and continue to provide some of the best mental health services in all of Louisville.”
“This expansion reflects our ongoing commitment to making mental health care more accessible for individuals and families in the Louisville community,” said Michael Foulk, Chief Operating Officer at Cultivate. “We’re proud to provide a space that fosters healing, connection, and long-term growth for those we serve.”
Cultivate BHE’s mission is rooted in building strong connections, providing personalized care, and supporting the emotional and mental growth of every person served. This relocation aligns with that mission and strengthens the organization’s ability to make a meaningful impact in the lives of Louisvillians and beyond.
