Cultivate Waiver Services
(Only Available in Kentucky)
Our clinicians provide Behavior Support Services (BSS) designed to support clients and their families in their home and community settings. BSS programs focus on reducing problem behavior, while increasing replacement behavior in order to facilitate independence in activities of daily living, social skills, community inclusion, employment, and more, with a larger focus on caregiver training.
Our clinicians have extensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with many Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) working as clinicians to support clients in their time of need. Our clinicians work with the participants, families, and other team members to foster a unified approach to behavior reduction and skill acquisition.

The Michelle P. Waiver (MPW) is part of Kentucky’s 1915(c) Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Medicaid waiver program. It provides assistance to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities to help them live in the community as independently as possible.
Services are limited to 40 hours per week (total of all services). The average participant utilizes 3 hours of behavior support per week on the MPW. This is determined based on need and can be increased or decreased depending on the needs of the participant.
