Targeted Case Management assists certain Medicaid eligible recipients to gain access to needed medical, behavioral health, social, educational and other services. TCM eligible recipients are identified as being diagnosed with a Severe Mental Illness, Severe Emotional Disability, Substance Use Disorder, and /or a Chronic Complex Health Condition.


Our team of speicalists use therapeutic methods to help individuals change behavior, overcome problems, and achieve their goals. Psychotherapy is also commonly called therapy or counseling.

Meet the Team in London, Kentucky


Jade Knight is a therapist and therapeutic services coordinator in Southeastern Kentucky, with over fifteen years experience.  She graduated from Cumberland College with bachelors’ degrees in psychology and social work.  Jade then attended the University of Kentucky and graduated with a master’s degree in Social Work.  Jade is a Clinical Social Worker, who is licensed to provide psychotherapy in Kentucky.  Jade is a former winner of NASW KY’s Young Social Work Leader of the Year award.  Jade can provide services in the following areas individual, couples, family, parenting, and group therapy for a variety of mental illnesses.  She is also a Certified Nurturing Parenting Facilitator.  Jade uses a number of therapeutic modalities including but not limited to: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Psycho-Educational Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Gottman Couples Therapy, and Family Systems Theory.  A holistic, strengths-based, person-centered approach guides her work.  As Jade says, “My life calling is to serve others.


Mollie HarrisMollie Harris a CSW, Psychotherapist, has dedicated her career to helping the families of the tri-county areas improve the health and well-being of themselves and their children. Education has been central to Mollie Harris’ success. Mrs. Harris began her studies in 2002 at Eastern Kentucky University, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work in 2006. She later returned to EKU to earn a Masters of Science in Adult, Juvenile, and Community Leadership, which she earned in 2013. She completed her Masters in Social Work, also at EKU. Mrs. Harris has also completed a number of secondary certifications in order to better educate her community on how to best take care of children. She is certified as a pediatric head trauma trainer, human trafficking 101 trainer, and infant massage instructor. Experience is also a strength for Mrs. Harris. Mrs. Harris also has extensive experience working directly with families affected by child abuse and neglect and has experience with SCL/MPW waivers. Her work has earned her some very impressive accolades. In 2018, Mollie was nominated for and completed the Leadership Tri-County Program, a program designed to identify potential, Emerging leaders from Laurel, Knox, and Whitley Counties. Her work earned her the prestigious honor of Kentucky Colonel in 2020, the highest honor bestowed by the Governor of Kentucky. The honorific title serves as recognition of an individual noteworthy accomplishments and outstanding service to their community, state, and nation. Mollie has also been recognized by her alma mater, Eastern Kentucky University, as she was awarded as its 2020 Social Worker of the Year and 2021 Social Work Student of the year.


Raven Shields is an LPCA in the state of Kentucky. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Union College and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberland. She has worked with elementary school students and adolescents in the past. She has previous experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy techniques, and Play Therapy techniques. She has experience working with symptoms such as: PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma-related symptoms. Raven provides therapy for ages 5 and up, working with both children and adults


Stephanie Jones is a board-Licensed Professional Counseling Associate (LPCA) in Kentucky who serves clients in Knox, Laurel & surrounding counties. She graduated from the University of the Cumberlands with a MA degree in Clinician Mental Health Counseling. Stephanie received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Eastern Kentucky University. Stephanie has 6 years of experience working in the field of mental health. Stephanie provides therapy from ages 5 and up while specializing with adolescents, teens, and adults. Stephanie uses a variety of interventions based on the client’s needs including, cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, reality therapy interventions, person-centered therapy and play therapy techniques. Stephanie works with clients who experience symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. Stephanie works with individuals as well as families to develop healthy boundaries and coping skills to improve conflict and relationships. She wants her clients to feel respected, validated, and safe while sharing their experiences and vulnerabilities. When Stephanie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and organizing. Stephanie says, “I want people to know that they are capable of making changes to better their life and daily functioning. With the support of therapy, clients can learn new skills and gain new insight into their life.”
