There's so much information out there on coaching employees, whether it's in the behavior analytic literature or outside it, it exists and it exists in abundance. Feedback is a huge part of high-performing culture, yet we also need to recognize the importance of soliciting FEEDBACK!
In this training excerpt, Rob discusses how important it is to get staff engaged by providing their insights to their managers. Kim Scott masterfully addresses this in her book Radical Candor, which Rob would highly recommend. Rob has a 20 minute presentation on how Radical Candor can be utilized in behavioral health settings, and how our science intersects with that model specifically.
